2026 sees Cosby Cricket Club celebrate 200 years of Cricket in Cosby. From humble beginnings in 1826 with a group of friends playing in a field somewhere near Croft Road, the move to our current home Victory Park in 1920, promotions, relegations, cup wins Cosby Cricket Club has always been a club with community at its heart. Always looking to encourage players from Cosby and the surrounding areas generations of families have turned out for us over the years, the surnames Corby, Bills, Sullivan, Needham and more will always be associated with our club. 

Our junior section has always been a source of pride for us as a club with numerous players over the years  coming through our system starting in our Youth teams and going on to represent us in the 1st XI. As we celebrate our Bicentenary we are not just looking back as we continue to expand our junior section to build for the future. We now run a thriving Junior Girls section and are looking to establish a Women's team this year and truly making cricket a game for everyone in 2026.

We will be hosting a number of events throughout 2026 to celebrate our Bicentenary a list of which can be seen below.
